In this weary world of trials, temptation, stress, and crises, Jesus offers us the promise of rest for our souls through His Spirit!

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." - Matthew 11:28-30

We “come unto” Him when we turn our back on the world of sin by repentance, and turn to Jesus. We take His “yoke” upon us when we enter into covenant with Him by water baptism in JESUS name. We “find rest” unto our souls when we receive the gift of His Spirit, the Holy Ghost. (Acts 2:38).
