"Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight..." - John 18:36 KJV

What is God’s kingdom?

The kingdom of God is an eternal, spiritual kingdom.

"For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost." - Romans 14:17 KJV

"And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." - Luke 17:20-21 KJV

Jesus told Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews, how to enter the kingdom of God.

"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." - John 3:5 KJV

Jesus gave Peter the keys to the kingdom.

"And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven..." - Matthew 16:19 KJV

On the Day of Pentecost, Peter preached what these keys to the kingdom are, born of water and of the Spirit.

"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." - Acts 2:38 KJV

Those that are part of God’s kingdom do not fight physical battles.

"For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)" - 2 Corinthians 10:3-4 KJV

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." - Ephesians 6:12 KJV

The armour of God is the truth, the righteousness of the Holy Ghost, the gospel, faith, salvation, and the word of God. Praying always in the Spirit, staying alert and persistent in praying for believers everywhere. (Ephesians 6:10-18, Romans 2:8, Galatians 2:5, 14, 3:1, 5:7, Romans 14:17, Ephesians 4:24, Acts 2:38, Jude 1:20).
