We go through things, and through it all, Jesus has a purpose for it.

Joseph went through so much, but for the PURPOSE of saving many lives.

"Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life...And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance." - Genesis 45:5, 7 KJV

Through it all, God was preparing Joseph for his great CALLING.

"So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt." - Genesis 45:8 KJV

 ALL things work together for GOOD to them that love God, to them who are the CALLED, according to his PURPOSE. (Romans 8:28).

"But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive." - Genesis 50:20 KJV

"And ye shall tell my father of all my glory in Egypt, and of all that ye have seen; and ye shall haste and bring down my father hither." - Genesis 45:13 KJV

 In EVERYTHING give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
