The Mighty God put on a body of flesh and blood in order to pay the price of our sins. (Isaiah 9:6-7, Hebrews 9:22, Matthew 26:28, Acts 20:28)

He defeated the devil and delivered us from the fear of dying.

"Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; and deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage." Hebrews 2:14-15

We are delivered from the fear of death when we obey the gospel. By obeying the gospel, we have the hope if eternal life (Acts 13:48, Romans 6:23, 2 Timothy 1:10). Peter preached how to obey the gospel:

"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." - Acts 2:38-39

There is one God and His name is Jesus!
