This is not a time to mess around with the world. This is not a time to compromise. This is not a time to say, ‘I've heard all my life that the Lord could come back at any moment and He is still not back’ …and to doubt even of His return. Who wants to fall into the category of those that think this way and then to not be ready when Jesus calls for His people to leave this world?

Lulled to sleep by the world, by the entertainment industry and the social media that gets small minds occupied with the famous who's who, what they are doing, what they are wearing, and who they are with today, and who they were with yesterday.

Those in the church that are being lulled to sleep, not keeping their garments clean, compromising, becoming like the world to attract those that love the world - where will these ones stand that were so true and strong before the seed of compromise entered their heart?

Jesus said,

"…ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?" - Matthew 16:3 KJV

Jesus spoke a parable,

"And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?" - Luke 12:19-20 KJV

"See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil." - Ephesians 5:15-16 KJV [So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.]

"Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh [craving for physical pleasure], and the lust of the eye [a craving for everything we see], and the pride of life [and pride in our achievements and possessions], is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof [along with everything that people crave]: but he that doeth the will of God [what pleases God] abideth for ever [will live forever]." - 1 John 2:15-17 KJV

"Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not." - Luke 12:40 KJV
