"Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God." - 1 John 4:7 KJV

TRUE love can only come from God. For us to TRULY LOVE, we must be FULL of God’s Spirit – “born of water and of the Spirit” (John 3:5) This is when we are water baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sins, and Spirit baptized when we receive the gift of His Holy Ghost, speaking in other tongues as His Spirit gives the utterance. (Acts 2:38, Acts 2:4).

When we are full of God’s Spirit, God’s love comes from within us. The love of God is not put on, it is not difficult, it is not our "works," it is from God within us and it flows out easily to others. When we are born of God - filled with God’s Spirit – we know God, for God is within us. THEN we can TRULY love.
