Jesus did not command His disciples in Matthew 28:19 to “baptize in the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost.”
Jesus commanded His disciples in Matthew 28:19 to “baptize in the NAME of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
The Bible tells us the NAME of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is JESUS.

"But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." - John 14:26 KJV
On the Day of Pentecost, when the church began, Peter obeyed the COMMAND of Jesus in Matthew 28:19 and baptized in His NAME:
"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." - Acts 2:38 KJV
